The Scrambler Ducati Cafe Racer, inspired by most influential movements in the history of motorcycling, recreating a legend with a contemporary character reflecting the essence of the Scrambler. Gone are the days of “built not bought” antics, yeah frankly speaking this bike definitely packs a lot of power.
All though it was raining when I was scheduled to test drive the new 2017 Scrambler Ducati Cafe Racer, I didn’t hesitate to ride it on a wet pavement knowing that this bike has so much power with its 803cc engine and a Bosch ABS braking system.
I have nothing much to say about this bike. It has class and I enjoyed riding it. Yup, and it’s definitely a head turner. At first I had an issue with its riding position, given that it has a lowered handle bar and much lowered back posture. But after riding it for half an hour on the South Luzon Expressway, I was comfortable and enjoying the speed and the agility of it. Surprisingly the Scrambler Ducati Cafe Racer feels light than other big bikes that i was able to drive back then. O yeah, I unlocked my personal speed at 130 kph in an open road. 🙂
Another issue that I want to raise up about this bike is heat under your thighs. Driving it around the metro during the rush hour is not a great idea, yep I warned you about it. But don’t worry, it doesn’t burn like hell actually. It’s just uncomfortable if you’re stuck in a traffic, but riding it in an open road, priceless.
The speed and sound that this bike produce gives you an orgasmic feeling, a sense of freedom in every twist of the throttle.
